program that enlarges pic without losing clarity?

It's impossible to enlarge a pic without any loss, but with photoshop you can enlarge it, then play around with the sharpen filter or something. Does a better job than most things.
 
I want a similar program where I give it money, and it gives me more money. Anybody know where I can get it?? 😉

You can download a trial version from LizardTech, but on the samples I tried, the results were no better than resizing the same image in Photoshop.
