I purchased This HDD a while back and the customer reviews show that people are recieveing different drives which raises my curiosity. Is there a program that will identify HDD specs much like cpu-z does for cpu's? Now wondering what kind drive I really have

I can't tell if they extract the general info via SMART queries or by other means of accessing the drives firmware.
