I'm aware of registry editing to do this, but some of the entries are just numbers and its hard to indentify what is what. There are some things on the context menu I'd like to remove and some things I'd like to add. I can't find the option in ExplorerXP to add it to the context menu but I remember having it on there previously.

So is there a program that easily does this?

You can do this using Xteq software under the Files/Folders options. Do a google to find the software.
