Program Files folder problem

We all know that from the Windows special folders (My videos, Program Files etc.), the customize tab in their properties is missing and they have a certain behaviour by default. The strange is that my Program Files folder appears in its context menu with all the options of a music folder :Q and from the inside, all program icons can only be arranged for example by artist, length :roll: and the rest of the features you can use in any folder customized for music files!
Any ideas for this light but annoying issue?
