I've actually found the masturbation makes my brain less able to focus and concentrate, specifically with memory related tasks. 1 + 1 = 2 but it's rare that you need to do that simple math more than a couple times on pairs of boobies.

Maybe the memory thing is so you don't remember how ugly she was.

I agree this may be the solution. Spend enough time rebelling at home trying to dodge work and in the real world you can't do the work no matter how hard you try.

with all due respect, the army is alot harder than the real world. i would pay people a ton of money to work for me if they work as hard as people do in the army.

Hard in a different sort of way.

Not necessarily mentally hard in the way my schooling seems.

Given enough attempts of 110% your capacity, only returning average grades and an average understanding, you stop trying 110% because it just doesn't matter. The laborious assignment that takes you 8-hours is torture, so not only do you avoid the assignment, avoid thinking about it too.

I have a test at 10 AM. It is not 7:45. I just started studying about an hour ago.

I actually fell asleep then woke up and was about to study at 4 AM but decided I prefer sleep over studying. Mind you none of this was alarm induced awakening. I just kept waking and saying damn I have to study!

I hate tests. :(

In the real world, every day is a test and you are expected to get As on every single test and assignment.

"Only 30% of the bridge fell down so I pass, right?"

I Have a 10 page paper due today at midnight and another due thursday. I haven't started either of them. Luckily for me I am good at writing, and can BS pretty well. I procrastinated all the way through college, but this whole last semester - senioritis is really getting to me.

I have this problem too.

No idea why I do it, just bad work ethic learned from my parents + depression.

Its not necessarily bad if you know you can get your work done and do a good job. I know I can finish my papers tonight and throughout the rest of the week...its gonna suck..but I can do it.

Yeah its better to do it slowly and steady over a period of time, but...whatever

Sometimes something random like panic under pressure will make me screw up, or do shoddy work. So its a bad thing.

I did the same thing many times, but it doesn't matter because I have a very good visual memory and I memorize by repetition (hearing it then writing it down) :). So a simple read-over of notes is all I need to refresh my memory, although in some cases, nothing is necessary as it's not regurgitation of knowledge but application of processes (such as logic courses, etc), which usually doesn't require remembering much but application.

I'll tell you how I handle procrastination. Well, maybe later, I still got time right?
