I have an Athlon 64 3000+ and I OC? to 2250 Mhz, my question is what is the safe temp for my processor.

I have an MSI nForce 3 Neo2 Platinum and Thermaltake XP-90.

I reach 52 °C under load easily, ¿what is a safe temp for my processor?

the Vcore is of ~1.50 V (1.49).
and the fan is and UFO Thermaltake 92 mm, I don't remenber the airflow.
the system temp is about 25 °C.

Wow, I must have great airflow in my case then..

My case temp is 41C when loaded with the CPU @ 53..

Idle I think that falls to about 36C..

Air in the house is set @ 80F and I live in Phoenix AZ

I am running a Venice 3000+ with a XP-90 OC'd to 2250 as well, stock voltage, 24 hours of Prime95 and core temps=case temps. Your temps seem a little high can you hit the same OC with less voltage? As far as I remember AMD chips can handle about 60C well and then run into problems with 60C+ I am sure someone will correct me if needed. As long as the heat is not causing problems and the thing is stable you should be fine.
