Just built my first system.

Aspire Turbo X Dreamer ATX case
4 case fans 2 in / 2 out speed controlled by PSU
Antec 550 True Power Supply
Intel D915PBL mobo
Intel 3.4 processor
Seagate Barracuda 160 mb HD SATA
Sapphire ATI Radeon X600 Pro, 256Mb, PCI Express Video Card
Sony 1.44 / 3.5 floppy drive
HP 9500 cd writer
Sony DVD RW
Hynix hymp264u648 PC2-4300 Memory (2x515) Dual Channel

Everything seems to be working fine except:
Using Intel's Desktop Utilities, the processor temp reads in range of -115C to -105C
Shut down/reboot / enter setup & bios show processor temp at +157C (too hot!)
Why negative readings?

keep speedfan open and run a toast or prime95 stress test. of the several temps displayed on speedfan, watch for the one that rises the quickest
