Processor or Ram

The graphics card you have right now will run any current game just fine (I have a GF 3 and it still works fine, if a little slow). It's best to wait for the next cores which will drop prices.

If you upgrade the CPU you'd have to get a 266 fsb one like you said. No use buying an obsolete part which you'll have to trash next upgrade.

RAM, on the other hand, will increase performance now and you can use it in your next upgrade (CPU and MB I would suggest) once you have the cash for that. Quality PC 3200 RAM is really the only thing that you can get that won't go quickly obsolete.

Definitely get the RAM.
