Processor Marking: What does mine mean?

I have a slot 1 pentium III 600/512/100

And on the processor above the markings it says "Intel Confidential"

Does anyone know what this means, or does every chip say that?

Sounds like an engineering sample. Which probably means it's not clock locked.

I would LOVE to get my hands on a pair of cb0 700e engineering samples. That would kick much ass.
