Processes taking up all my CPU resources

Hey guys, have a slight problem. I have CPUIdleExtreme, very useful tool...anyways, have noticed in the last two days that when I just surf the net my cpu resources get into the red. Before I'd never even hit the yellow. Can someone help me out with this one? Here's a list of my running processes right after start up. Oh and my temps have been higher as well.

Looks like there could be some you could shut off. Go here and look up the name of the process. I suggest shutting them off in Administrative Tools/Services so they don't start when you load Windows.
