Process List from cmd window in 2K/Xp

Is there a way to list all the current processes running on a Win2k/XP box from the command window? I know Taskmanager is available, but I need to see them from the command window. Is there a command for this?

The PSTools from sysinternal.com is probably what you are looking for.

Another option would be to install cygwin. I would prefer the first one though.
