Problems with video card

Hi,

I'm a new member here and hoping to get some assistance with a video card problem that I've been having. I have a LEADTEK FX6800GT A400 TDH 256MB that I purchased last year in April. Recently, I started having some problems with the video card. I first got the BSOD, and then whenever I turned on my computer, the image did not display correctly. I called the manufacturer, and they told me to send in the video card to get it replaced, which I did.

I got the replacement, which I then installed in my computer. The video card worked perfectly for three weeks, but then just yesterday, I got the BSOD again while playing WoW. When I turned on the computer, the image did not display correctly. There are just a jumble of lines/numbers on the screen whenever I turn on the computer. This is even before Windows loads up.

What are the chances that two different video cards would die out on me? Is there something wrong with other parts of my computer that is causing the video card to function incorrectly? I tested the video card on a friend's computer, and the image did not display correctly on the monitor as well, though the problem was not as severe as on my computer. Windows was able to load up on his computer, but on my computer, it does not load up.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if I could get another replacement for the video card.

My guess without any other information would be that you have too small of a power supply causing issues with your video card. List out your system specs including your power supply please.
