Problems with Ultr@VNC across a VPN connection...

When testing Ultr@VNC locally on my network it works perfectly with stock installs. However when I attempt it with a VPN connection through two NAT devices (my router and work firewall) I can see the screen of the remote computer and chat with it. But I can't control anything at all.

What can I do?

well I had to set the recieving machine up with port forwarding at the firewall.
