problems with Twinview

I have just installed a Inno3D Tornado Geforce2 MX Twinview Video card in my system and I am not have quite the results I had hoped for.
The display on my 32" Jvc TV is rather poor and there are diagonal lines running across the screen that I can not remove. This card uses the BT868 tv out chip. I am wondering if the problem is with the card or the tv.
