Problems with Tbird, Geforce2 and SB Live! Help

I'm having lockups in games and when i watch videos

My system(not overclocked)

Tbird800 SlotA
Asus K7V
256MB RAM
CLA Geforce2
SB Live
Ethernet Card

I've tryed everything, i'm using the latest drives for both Geforce and SB Live and the only way to run my system stable is without the SB Live. Whats wrong with my sound card, its defective? I checked and i didnt find IRQ conflict, maybe this is the problem. Please help.

My system also lockedup all the time.
I had Windows Me.
MSI K7T pro.
Duron 700
MSI starforce Geforce2MX 32Mb
Sblive value.

I ran this combination with all the latest drivers for each and every component.
Didn't get it runing stable.
Eventualy i went back from Win Me to Win98se.
Installed original drivers for Sb and Geforce.
And then installed via 4-1 drivers one by one.
at www.via.com.
Now its running stable as a rock.
even got my pc100 ram running stable at 133Mhz.
It sure took a hell of a lot of time but when your there you'll appriciate the effort.
Please don't look at all the errors.
I'm from holland and therefore not used writing in english.
but wtf my english is probably better then your'e dutch
