Problems with satellite connection.

I have a friend that is having problems with her satellite connection..she is really slow connecting to some websites..

i wanted to have her run a traceroute to the website..

would a traceroute work tho with satellite?

since the upload and download lines are seperate...

 
Yes, it still works😀 Dumb question, are they secure websites, if they are then thats life with Sat, there isn't anything you can do about it without getting some other form of broadband🙁

Try posting Here as its a forum just for Sat Internet.
 
The first thing to do is check that the dish is aimed accurately. If she already has satellite TV then you can find the indicators on a menu screen.
