Hello all.

I have a computer running WinXP Pro SP2 and I am trying to get a macro inside of an Excel document to run. However it keeps saying that it cannot execute because it can't find the file or folder. And it continues to say that possible cause of this is a read-only folder. Now, the read-only checkbox has a greyed out check mark but it won't go away.

I need this macro to work. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance! :)

The read only check box behavior is by design. This box is not what is causing your problem. Is your volume formatted with NTFS? If so, have you checked the permissions?

The permissions were correct but to be sure I ran it under the Administrator account. Still no go.
