System: windows 2000 server
Promise SATA RAID 5 with 3 disks.

on monday it happens a problem with power supply. The generator broke down.
The server shutted down abnormally.
When it restarted he didn't recnognize the array.
At a second boot he recnognized the array, but it war initializing it. (1%).
I stopped it immediately.
I recreated the array without initialization.
The disks seems to be OK.
The system boot but has done a chkdsk.
if i boot the system from an eide disk, i can see only the first partition of the array.

If a make a rebuild of the raid, i have the hope of reobtain my data?
The disks are not formatted. Have I to shoot to my self?

There is a software that can rescue lost data from a raid 5 such in my case?

I am really desperate...

before use raid reconstructor i tried to rebuild a disk.
it started but it seems to do nothing.

the cpu is 0%, no rumors from disk.
but the application is responding.

how many hours should take?

it is an 80GB.
the cpu is 3GHZ.
obviously it is doing only that application.

should i reboot "safely"?
