Problems With PS/2 Devices In Win 2K?!?

I am using MS Internet Keyboard Pro and MS Intellimouse Explorer, both USB. They both work but in device manager there are the corresponding devices, "PC/AT Enhanced PS/2 Keyboard (101/102Key)" and "Microsoft PS/2 Port Mouse (Intellimouse)", with yellow "!", how can i get rid of this or fix this?

I am using a Asus CUSL2-C Mobo, check my rig, "Maverick."
