So first off the system in question is:

ASUS P5W DH Deluxe
E6400 @ stock speeds
G.SKILL PC2-6400 (2x1024) @ 4-4-4-12 single channel
Sapphire Radeon X1900 GT

My main problem is the random reboots that occur, the screen goes black and 2-3 seconds later the system goes through a reboot, once in a while the screen will go black and come back to normal. This happens both during games and outside of games.

The slow post, takes about 20 seconds to post, read the forums, disabled the anything to do with fans in the hardware monitor section of bios/lowered the IDE time out, it's still at about 20 seconds.

The system doesn't always shut down, select the shutdown option in windows, everything goes smoothly, the monitor seems on for a lot longer then the system itself but eventually it shuts down, then once in a while after the system already has shutdown could be anything from 5-30 seconds later the system will start up again.

Occasionally when I boot up I will get an error saying overclock/overvolt failed, Although I think this sometimes is because I am forced to hold down the power button in order to turn the system off.

Any ideas about these issues? Wanted to check here first before I email asus tech support and probably rma the thing.
Any further question about the system/settings ?

Ok a shameless bump/update

Reboots are still happening - Asus support said its a memory issue OR the memory slot on the mobo is bad, and it just hit me the system started acting like this roughly the same time I changed the default memory settings from 667mhz to 800mhz , also with the timings changed from 5-5-5-15 to 4-4-4-12. I've ran memtest just fine under the faster/tighter memory config. Right now I'm switched back to the default by SPD so I will see if this reboot keeps happening, Testing this is going to be a pain,
Someone on another post mentioned the power supply, the voltages seem perfectly all voltages are marginally above their stated values - I've had voltages on previous systems much lower and run just fine.

Now getting to the system shutdown, this being a Digital Home motherboard it has its quirks, for example in a very small blurb in the manual I learned that 2 USB ports that are supposed to work with the remote, can turn the computer on if any USB device attached to those ports is turned on or off when the computer is already off.

Nothing it seems can be done about the slow post, possibly removing all USB devices but thats not possible in my situation and probably a lot of other peoples.

Right now I don't even have much time to test anything, I just hope this will provide me with a temp fix, and hopefully no more reboots and then at some point later I will go back to the faster memory speed and do more extensive testing.
