Problems with Outlook Express

When I start outlook my connection automaticly disconnect and i must connect it once again and then use outlook...I get this message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.t-com.hr', Server: 'pop.t-com.hr', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
 
There are three areas that can impact on this. First, in OE, check Tools, Options and Connections. If you are using broadband make sure your settings are compatible and that you are not using dialup settings.

Next, check in Accounts, and Properties for your default account. Make sure it is in agreement with the above.

Third, check Internet Options in Control Panel to make sure you are not invoking dialup rules.
