Problems with OC

I have run into a road block and can't get my 939 X2 4400+ past 240x11. My HT is set at 3x and my RAM is currently 1:1, but when trying to get past 240x11, I was using a 5:6 166 MHz divider. My RAM timings are 3-3-2-6 1T. My vcore is set to 1.425. Any suggestions on getting to 246x11(2.7GHz).......

Slaken your ram timing to 3-3-3-8? Reduce memory speed to see how far your 4400+ can truly go without stunting it with other factors?

What stepping is your 4400? Some are better than others.

Clicking on the link to your system specs takes me to mine, so I don't know what kind of memory you have. Try 3-4-3-8-2T, as it is supposed to be common for S-939 dual-cores (or most RAM used with them) to have difficulty with 1T command rate. My Opteron 180, stepping CCBWE 0550UPMW, won't do better than 2.65 GHz with 1.425v, and runs pretty warm there. I'm running it at 241*11.

Possibiliites:
Raise your cpu voltage
Lower your multiplier to 10, raise your FSB, use a memory divider

What would be a good Vcore to set to? I went up to 1.425V and it didn't help. I was trying to avoid going to 1.5V. I also was using a 5:6 memory divider but nothing worked. Maybe I'll try and lower the multiplier to 10x and loosen the memory....

My X2 4400 took 1.47v to reach 2.5Ghz (250x10) and 1.52v to reach 2.6Ghz (260x10)

4:3 mem divider and just use tightest settings then, should make up for slower speed on ram

It's a Manchester core.

They're hit and miss. My X2 3800 did 2.6Ghz for 3 months and then started to crap out on anything over 2.4. I could not convince it to do anything stable over 2.6Ghz no matter what I pumped through it, but 1.475 seemed stable enough for a few months. Prime 95 would fail after the first hour or so on anything higher than 2.6Ghz, and now it fails after a few minutes on it on anything over 2.4Ghz.

I'm not a big fan of Manchester cores. Especially now that I've tried Toledo!!

She has exactly the same core as you-- a Toledo.

edit: Well, actually, she's the only one with a Toledo core. You have a Denmark core, which is just what they call the Opteron Toledo cores.
