Problems with newegg CPU & mobo refurbs?

I just ordered an Epox 8kha+ (69$) refurb and Athlon XP 1800+ retail ($121) refurb from Newegg.
Am I just asking for trouble getting both a mobo and cpu refurb? I'm afraid I'll have problems.
Also do the Athlon retail refurbs come in a box, retain their 3 year warranty, or have a heatsink/fan?
Thanks!

Something is wrong with the order you're doing things :) Those are good questions for BEFORE you order.

Retail = comes with HSF. You should check with Newegg for the warranty questions, they're pretty quick on the email.

Last weekend I got a refurbished K7T Turbo for my grandson's system. For all intents and purposes it was a brand new board. Nothing had been opened before. Further, when I went to MSI to update the bios I discovered it had the latest (current) bios installed. Sound drivers, etc. had to be updated but that was standard for the new K7T266 Pro2 I ordered from them for my own system a couple of months ago.
