Problems with my Geforce II MX 64MB on Win2k pro, plz help!!

Ok I've been having this problem for a few months now..i cant play quake, watch streaming media or anything that is 3d. Whenever i try to the whole system freezes. My guess is that it is because the card is sharing IRQ's with some other cards, all on 11.
On IRQ 11 i have:
3D Prophet II MX 64MB Driver Version 21.81
VIA USB Universal Host Controller
VIA USB Universal Host Controller
Creative SB Live! series (WDM)
Kingston NIC card.

Im running on Win 2k pro SP2, Biostar m7mke mobo, 256mb crucial ram. Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure you have the latest VIA 4-in-1 drivers.

Read this FAQ regarding ACPI and IRQ sharing.

Ok I have already had the latest 4 in 1 drivers, and i followed the directions found on that link to fchange the comp to a Standard PC so the vid card is on its own irq...i still have the problem though...what else could it be?
