Has anyone had problems with Regclean not working properly on Windows XP SP1 with all the updates?

I used to run Regclean regularly and it would normally take 2 or 3 times to find all the errors and clean them up. After 2 or 3 times it would say no errors found.

Well lately its not cleaning right. I can run Regclean 10 times in a row and it makes exactly the same size file each time I run it. 31.7k and each one has the EXACT same errors/info located in it.

What the hell? Also are there any other reg cleaning programs?
 
I use Norton WinDoctor now. It works well and I got it with Norton Systemworks 2003 Pro for only $18.50.
 
I have a copy of Norton Systemworks 2004 laying around somewhere but its pretty much bloatware.

Anyway I tried Regclean on another PC, totally diffrent hardware specs but the same OS with all the same updates and I get the exact same crap. I can run Regclean 10 times in a row and it makes the same sized file each time with the same data in each. Its like the software see's the errors in the registery but isnt really deleting the because the stuffs still in the registry.
