Problems with Memtest 86

I've been having problems with stability (despite replacing almost all components on my system and doing fresh Win 2k installs every time), and I think it might be my RAM. I've got an 8RDA+ with the newest revision of the NB and SB. Before I bother trying to flash the BIOS, I'd like to know if the RAM is the problem.

However, when I run Memtest, it gives me the error where numbers are streaming down the left side of my screen. I know that it says that it could be a floppy problem, but I've tried a few floppies with the same results. Does anyone else have any ideas? Has anyone else with an 8RDA+ tried to run Memtest?

Try a bootable CD and see if you get the same results.

In order to have a bootable CD, you have to actually be able to put files into a que sheet. Memtest's executable doesn't write readable files, so that's out.
