Problems with Intel 2.4B Processor and D845EBG2 Motherboard

So, here is my problem:

I bought the Intel 2.4B 533MHz FSB Processor combined with the Intel D845EBG2 Motherboard. I am running 512MB's of Kingston DDR266 PC2100 SDRAM. Everything should be working fine, the motherboard supports 533MHz FSB's and PC2100 RAM. I have even updated to the newest version on my BIOS. There are no jumpers to change the clock speed, so it should have booted up to 2.4GHz from the very first boot. This, however, is not the case.

The computer is running at 1.8GHz with a 400MHz FSB. The problem is simple, my basic clock speed needs to be increased from 100MHz to 133MHz and the numbers would all work out perfectly. The problem is that I have no idea why it isn't running at 133MHz, or how to change it to do so. I have searched on my motherboard for jumpers to switch, but there are none. I have searched through BIOS for settings to change, but I can't find any.

Can someone please help me? I am missing those 600MHz!

It is the right chip, it is known as the 2.4B processor because it is suppost to run at 1800x133, rather than the 2400x100 that the normal 2.4 runs at. My problem is that the 133 is only running at 100 right now and I don't know how to change it.
