Problems with FSB:RAM Ratio

Hi guys, can someone tell me how I can change my FSB:RAM ratio from 2:3 to 1:1? I'm not sure what memory options I should be changing under BIOS when I hit CTRL+F1. Supposedly this is what is preventing me from overclocking my FSB higher than 365. I'm using a Corsair XMS DDR2-800 (2x512) along with an E6300 on this motherboard. Any help would be very much appreciated guys! Also, I am using the latest BIOS from GigaByte...but I see a F4E floating around. What's the difference between the two?
 
If you want a 1:1 FSB:MEM ratio, your FSB must be exactly 1/2 your mem frequency. For example, if you wish to run your mem at DDR2-800 at 1:1 you will need to overclock the FSB to 400.

Other possible setups:

FSB : 333
MEM: DDR2-667

FSB: 266
MEM: DDR2-533

With many other points in between.
