Problems with file sharing

OK, I have a network with 3 computers on it, 2 running 98SE and 1 running Win2kPro. The Win2kPro machine can see both of the other machines and access files on them. The Win98SE machines can see and share from each other, but when trying to access the Win2kPro machine, they are prompted for a password. Password promt is to access [machine name]/ICS$. This promt comes up to access the machine, you can't even view the shared folders. The password doesn't match any othe passwords on the machine, and the folders are not password protected (Access set to "Everyone"), and not entering a password gives the same "incorrect password" error. Protocols are all installed and set up, file sharing is enabled. Help if you can, please.
