Does anybody out there happen to be having prolems with their Creative Labs DVD player? Whenever I watch movies, the DVD player will freeze after about an hour, and if I try to fastforward past the freeze, or select a scene past where it froze, it'll just freeze on me again. I've contacted Creative's technical support, but their help was useless (I figure anybody who requires you to call long distance to reach their technical support line has to be pretty stupid to begin with.) so I'm hoping that maybe one of you out there has encountered the same problem and know how to fix it. I've already installed the latest drivers from their webpage, so I know that's not the problem. I've also tried uninstalling/installing the software and hardware and it still happens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
BTW, this happens with all my new DVDs, so I know it's not the disc either...for some strange reason, it doesn't seem to do it with the old ones though....
