Problems with Catalyst 4.11 drivers

I was using Catalyst 4.10 drivers, and everything was fine, but I installed the new 4.11 drivers, and now I can't get my monitor's refresh rate to go above the default 60Hz, even though it reads that it is set at 100Hz. I noticed that they added an extra monitor attributes tab, and the options to change the refresh rate are greyed out. I reinstalled my monitor driver, so I know everything is working. What should I do?

I had a similar problem, except that the driver was defaulting to 43Hz Interlaced mode, no matter what I set in the control panel.
The solution was to un-install the driver, and then additionally run the special ATI Uninstaller tool that you can download off of their web site.
After a few reboots, I then re-installed them fresh, and have had no further refresh-rate problems.

For some reason I can't get ATI's drivers to recognize the correct refresh rates on my monitor.

The Omega ATI Drivers work fine.
