This recently started happening and I have no idea why.

Whenever I make a call, on the screen in the upper right corner, next to the volume, a small box shows up with 5 "+" marks arranged diagonally from the bottom left to the top right of the small box.

I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it. Does anyone have any ideas? I can't seem to find anything on google.

I notice that when making a call, when I put my phone in speakerphone mode, it disappears, but reappears when I have it in regular talking mode.
 
Ahh, OK. You can change those setting via hitting the BB button in the phone app, too when off a call or even when in a call via the BB button and the short menu.
