Problems with Bfg/Evga 680i motherboard's sleep (standby) mode

On my old system (P4P800 i865) keyboard doesn't wake it up and it goes back into windows when I turn the computer on.

On this new board it'll sleep just fine but when it wakes up it just reboots instead of going back into windows. Also if the cat walks on the keyboard it wakes it up.

I've put the latest bios on it and didn't see anything even mentioning wake from keyboard in the bios. The only thing in bios about keyboard waking is disabled and that's not for sleep mode. I've tried S1&S3 and S3 by itself, same thing.

So what am I doing wrong here and how do I get it to ignore the keyboard as a wakeup item?

System is a BFG NVIDIA nForce® 680i SLI Motherboard, Core 2 Duo 6400 @ 3ghz, and 2 x 1gb OCZ Gold PC6400 (OCZ2G8002GK)

Thanks.
