problems with ASUS K8V OC

I'm running an ASUS SE deluxe with 512 of Mushkin 3500 lvl 1. I get a stable startup at 2.15ghz with no other OC options, and the memtest passed. but, prime95 fails after 6 hours, and once the computer just restarted out of the blue without any warning. so, i tried upping the RAM voltage from auto to 2.7, which resulted in memtest errors. so what do i need to do? could there be other BIOS options interfering with getting a stable OC? my memory settings are all on auto except the CAS at 2, but the comp detects my memory as 2-3-3, so i dont think thats the problem.

Run MMB and see what your voltages are. It really could be your PSU limiting your OC success.

I got an Antec truepower 430W, so i dont think thats it. I also have a 9800 pro and a WD 1200JB.

any other suggestions?

by Vcore do you mean the cpu voltage? that is set at auto, which i believe is 1.4V.

also, is it normal to get errors when bumping mushkin 3500 level 1 RAM to 2.7?

well, comp just restarted on me again... guess i'm going to go back to default settings since I cant figure out whats causing the instability. My Vcore is actually 1.5250 btw.

If anybody has an ASUS SE Deluxe and has gotten a stable OC of 2.15 of better (want to take advantage of my Mushkin 3500) let me know how you did it. I'm think there must be some setting in the BIOS that is creating this instability.
