Problems with Asus 7900GTX

I recently purchased this video card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121002

After installing it and the drivers, I tried to run BF2. Every time I try to play battlefield 2, I either get a complete lock up, get a blue screen, or crash to my desktop. I have tried using the ASUS 9131 drivers, nvidia 9.1.3.1 drivers, and the Xtreme-G 9.1.4.5 drivers from tweaksrus and none have resolved the problem.

I installed the new vid card along with new processor, motherboard, hard drive, and memory.

Here is my current set up:

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I downloaded and ran 3dMark05 because I thought the problem might jusst be Battlefield2 and I dont have any other games installed right now. Anyways, it seemed to be running well in 3dMark05 (a constant 25-50 FPS which i think is good?) but then it hard locked and I had to reboot.

Bad video card perhaps?
