haha my first (and still running now as a business PC) was a T-bird 1.2 on a ECS K7VZA (Via Kt133a)

wow way off topic, best be getting back to shootin pigeons

ATi Radeon 9700 Pro running just fine here with a Tbred 2100. Probably just someone who's been propagandized by Intel. I still hear people saying that they'll never use AMD because it's junk - only Intel is good. The 5 fully operational AMD PC's in this house would seem to indicate otherwise.

I'm also running a ATI 9800 with a AMD Barton with cat 3.6 Drivers. No problems here. The AMD is performing great with games just like a Intel P4 @ 2.4 Ghz.

I'm using the ATI 8500LE vid card with the Asus A7V8X-X mobo and i have an amd 2400xp cpu. All has been fine for like 5 months now.

wrong! updating does nothing, updating makes it worse, so you have to unstall in-order to get the stablity error gone. Pm for for some help if you need some for a via+amd+radeon setup.
Apparently, the nature of this 'problem' and its solution are so super-secret it can only be discussed by PM.

Never fear! Inspector Twista is on the case! [cue "Mission Impossible" background music] 😕

Ati 8500LE(oc to 275/275) with ASUS A7V333 (KT333) mobo and AMD XP1800+, no problem at all running 24/7 since the day I buit the rig: Jan 1, 2003. Now it' running with XP2400+, never never has any problems.
