Seriously, it sounds like some kind of a block. Try the math dept. at a university. The right professor would take on your math 'inabilities' as a challenge.
Actually I went to the local college and they told me I'd have to make an appointment since I wasn't an official student (I was taking an algebra class, but I guess they don't consider HS kids "students" unless they're college age).
Well, I made an appointment - only to discover you get 15 minutes with student teacher who knows less math than you do.
I've pretty much avoided math with the assumption of, "Hey, I am Jewish; I'm bound to learn it eventually.." I guess this is the price I pay..
