problems with agp settings

got a sn41g2 with 9800 pro. installed xp. ran 3dmark03 and got a 5429 score. checked my agp settings via sandra and says running agp at 0. went to the ati control panel and try to change it. wouldnt let me.

someone said to install morpeus drivers. i dont know which ones. the one i found was morpeus extreme video set. do i install that?
