problems with agp card in asrock 939dual

i don't know why it's happening, but i keep getting stuttering in all 3d applications. my sig has my specs. i've tried everything i can think of, from reformatting to creating a new page file, nothing has helped. any ideas?

There was a post about this recently.
Seems the hdd was in PIO mode - can you check that.
