Problems with 7800gtx

I just did my first comp build and trouble with my 7800gtx. It seems to work fine in FEAR, but in windows menus everything is a little blurred. For example, text has the actual text, and then a shadow that's offset a mm or two. I know it's not the monitor because it looks perfect on my other comp.
Can anyone help? I've got the latest drivers and what not.
 
If it's an LCD, use native resolution if your not on it, also use DVI instead of VGA if your on that too.
