Problems setting up Raid/Windows

Hardware:
Tyan Thunder K8W
2x WD 200gb SATA drives

Problem:
this is a new system and when in the windows setup i click F6 to configure a raid setup. It asks for the floppy disk and i put it in. it's the supplied floppy and i downloaded the newest from Tyans website as well. The light blinks on the A drive as it's reading it but it just keeps placing me back to the please insert disk screen.

Is there an alternate way to install these drives so that i'll be able to install windows? At POST, it sees both drives just fine and gives the proper size and all.
