Problems playing WMV9

I just built a AMD 690G based PC and the color is off on WMV9 videos. It is like it is a negative color for some reason. I just installed XP on it so I am not sure what the problem is but if any has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
 
Reinstall the latest Windows Media Player 10. This is a bug in Direct X video acceleration fixed by the newer WMP.
