I am trying to install the 4in1 drivers for my comp and i ran setup, but when i restart it asks for viagart.cat and i cannot find that file. Where is it located?
I have the same probelm in 98se. The only fix i found was to take the viagart.cat from the previous version of the 4in1 drivers, version 4.24 (i think its in one of the agp folders. It takes the old file from the old version and uses it fine. Seems to work as well.
do i enable the dma thing in the setup? and also, do i do it in turbo or standard mode? whats the difference? it makes it faster? why would there be a choice?
This is an entirely cosmetic bug in the 4.25a Service Pack. It has no effect whatsoever on system performance or stability. Simply click "Skip File" when prompted for VIAGART.CAT, and you're good to go.
