I have a 16 mb ATI RAGE 128 PRO for my dell.

I went to ati.com to get new drivers. I specified my card and my operating system- windows 98- and they gave me a file called WME_R128_4_13_7192.EXE

The file says it covers

ALL-IN-WONDER 128 PRO
ALL-IN-WONDER 128
RAGE FURY PRO
RAGE FURY
RAGE MAGNUM
RAGE 128
RAGE 128 PRO
XPERT 2000 PRO
XPERT 2000
XPERT 128
XPERT 99

When I run the setup file on my computer I get:

The display driver is not compatible with the display adapter(s) installed on your system.

I tried to do it manually by going to the system section and updating my display adapter drivers and specifying the path for the extracted drivers. The problem there is that Rage 128 Pro is not one of the cards listed! The closest thing is Rage 128 Pro 4XL. If I try and select that windows tells me my driver was not made for my card...

What should I do? How do I get setup to install the new drivers?

No... I guess I should do that. But I'm concerned that manually searching for the drivers didn't work. Like I said, when you manually look at the list of drivers in the ati support directory, I don't see a Rage 128 Pro listed there. Doesn't that mean they don't have drivers for my card?
