Problems installing a #$% fax/modem!

I just bought a new fax modem (v.92) and tried to install it. but as windows read the driver and is about to install it, an error message says : unable to install the modem. Before that, I tried with an older model I had (that worked fine on the other older computer) but the same problem arrised. Windows is detecting the device.
 
check device manager and remove any modems installed, also clik on driver signing button next to devicemanager and make sure warn or ignore is selected. reboot and try again
