A friend of mine downloaded netscape and then decided he didn't like it so he uninstalled it and not his computer won't work. It will only boot into safe mode. If he tries to boot normally nothing happens. The only thing I know about his system is he is running win 95. I'll try to get more details. He said he tried to reinstall explorer but its completely gone. I'm not sure its something with the startup files or what. But he said it won't even startup normally with the boot disk. I know I didn't have alot of info for you guys and gals to work with, but if you could help him out he'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!!🙂
