Problems after jumpstart

I had my car jumpstarted yesterday. It wasnt completely dead, when I tried to start it, dash lights were lit dimly, I heard clicking noises, 1 weak attempt at a crank. After it was jumped, the ABS light is on, the BRAKE light is flashing, and my radio dosent turn on. Also, I have a program on my laptop to scan the ECU of the car, I cant communicate with the ECU either. So did some fuses blow, not being able to talk to the ECU is probably not good. I have a 99 Audi A4 1.8T turbo, with 127k miles on it.

My understanding was that it is possible to fry your onboard computer if something goes wrong when jump starting.

**Possible**

But that might explain why you can't communicate with it.

Fuse for the ABS was gone. The reason I couldnt communicate with the ECU is that the comms for the ECU go through the radio and since the fuse for the radio was out also, I couldnt communicate with the ECU (ECU itself was fine).
