Problems achieving DDR400 Dual Channel

I have Samsung 512MB PC3200 and Geil 512MB PC3200....

No matter what combination I use in DIMM slots I can only achieve DDR333 Dual channel....

What am I doing wrong??? They should both be able to do DDR400 Dual channel...
