Ok so i got my GT up to Ultra speeds, i ran it in GT on 3dmark03 and got 11k, then i tried to run it in ultra speed, but it froze on my a quarter off the way thru and it did a hard shutdown... high heat?

you should OC in much more little steps og 10Mhz for example and test for artifacts with Atitool. First the core, then the mem.
Did you see artifacts?
Maybe your PSU can't do it with the increased power load also.

I have a 500Watt X-Connect, as for artifacting, if thats those huge jagged triangles, then yes, during a little play on sudeki with it at Ultra clock i saw alot of them. Maybe its the stock cooling? Im thinking of getting a nv silencer 5... It reminded me of what happens when i got too much dust in the case and the parts dont play nice with guild wars overheating to a reboot...

11k at stock levels, oc'd 369/1020 and i got 8813... Can someone explain that to me?
amd64 3200+

Yup. Here is how it goes, The higher you overclock the hotter your card gets, correct? The safteys turn on because of the high heat, and lower the speed of the card to protect it. So in essence, the higher you overclock, the slower your card will become. This only happens with 6800GT's. That explains your lower scores, as for your computer crashing, the x-connect is a quirky PSU, and has fried peoples motherboards. I would get a new one before you lose your computer to it.
