Problem with Zonealarm & WinXp-Help Please

I have been using ZA for over a year now with no problems-until I installed Winxp pro. Now every time I reboot ZA forgets what programs I want to allow to connect to the internet & I have to re-specify what ones after every reboot.(example: After I install ZA & I want to access the internet, ZA asks me if I want to let IE access the internet-I say yes & click the "dont ask me again" box. If i reboot & then want to connect to the internet again, the little window pops up asking me if I want ot allow it) This is very annoying-anybody have a solution?

2 things. Do you have the latest version? Its for XP users. Also after you reset the programs shutdown ZA then reboot. Not sure if that will help but good luck

Version is 2.6.357 I think that is the latest. I give you suggestion a try.

I recall having a similar problem in WinME. I believe I deleted the files in "C:\Windows\Internet Logs", particularly the .rdb file. You will have to reset your ZA settings again but it should keep them. If that doesn't work you could try reinstalling. Hope that works.

I'm using Version 2.6.357 and it is still forgeting everything. If there is a fix please let me know.

I deleted al files out of C:\winnt\Internet Logs in XP and it fixed zone alarm!
